How we work.
A short account of the studio's practice — viewings, prices, warranty, and the rest.
By appointment, confirmed by hand.
A reservation made through the site is a request, not a booking. Every viewing is confirmed in person by Plura, at a time that suits the room and the light.
Photographs are guides, not promises.
Images and renderings on this site are illustrative. Each vessel is finished to the room it sits in, and specifications may evolve as the work progresses. What you receive will be made for the place it is going.
Quoted in EGP. Install included.
Every project is quoted in Egyptian pounds. The price includes install, and the five-year care service that follows it. There are no separate line items for either.
Agreed in writing, before work begins.
Payment terms are set out and signed before the first cut. There are no surprises after the drawing is approved.
Five years of attention. A direct line for the second decade.
The first five years are covered in full — visits, adjustments, anything the vessel asks for. After that, a direct line remains open for the years that follow.
This site is a description, not an offer.
The pages here are informational. Nothing on the site forms a binding offer until a written agreement is signed between Plura and the client.
Egypt. Cairo.
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute is resolved in Cairo. Questions before that — info@plura.life.
