Installation
Every vessel is set in place by the same hands that built it. The site is prepared in the weeks before. The water is run, checked, and run again.
II
First five years
Quarterly attention in the first year. Twice yearly thereafter. The plaster and coping are checked, the equipment serviced, and any small thing is corrected before it becomes a larger one.
III
The second decade
A direct line, kept open. Response within forty-eight hours, anywhere we have placed water. Materials and finishes refreshed as the room requires.
